Description
Collection consists of administrative files, photographs, artwork, publications, and awards & certificates. In addition, it includes a the full run of the publication California Journal in print and microfilm.
Background
California Journal was a monthly publication dedicated to California politics and public policy issues. In 1970, founders Vic Fazio, Thomas Hoeber and Jerome Evans published the first edition of the journal. From 1990 to 2003, it was operated by State Net. It eventually ceased publication in 2005 due to financial issues.
