Fifteen mimeographed issues of a newsletter sent to members of the 13th Division Railway Mail Association serving in the military, 1943-1945. The editor was Glenn E. Brown of Spokane, Washington. Also includes Wayne McVey's original pen and ink / pencil and ink drawings used in the newsletter.
