Land and Water contracts consist of standard contracts between the San Luis Rey Water Company and various landowners throughout San Diego County, including in Oceanside, Poway, Mira Mesa, and Solana Beach. The agreements specify terms and conditions regarding the construction of waterworks by the water company and the provision of necessary rights of way by the landowners.
