Biography/Administrative History

The Little Leather Library Corp. of New York was the first to mass-market inexpensive books in the United States. Founded in 1916 by Albert Boni, Harry Scherman and Maxwell Sackheim, the Little Leather Library made available literary classics in miniature editions.
