Abstract: This collection contains mostly born-digital material documenting UCI's Dramatic Transformations program. Founded in 2012,
Dramatic Transformations used drama to make UCI a more culturally sensitive and diverse institution. For each production,
drama students interviewed over 100 graduate students and collected their stories and experiences related to diversity. These
interviews were then used for the inspiration and scripts of student plays. The project received special funding and was a
joint effort between the UCI Department of Drama and UCI Graduate Division. This collection contains production flyers and
other publicity documents, reports, proposal and initial planning information, research, and financial information related
to the project.
