Biography/Administrative History
Lemmon served as a teacher, then as superintendent of Indian Schools at San Carlos, New Mexico, at Grand Junction, Colorado,
and at Keams Canyon, Arizona. He was also involved with Jesse Walter Fewkes of the Smithsonian Institution in the excavations
at Mesa Verde (circa 1916).
