These include photographs, drawings, and awards that Sidney received.
Background
George Sidney (1916-2002) was an American film director and producer. He worked for MGM for most of his career. The films
he directed for MGM inlcude "Bye Bye Birdie" (1963), "Viva Las Vegas" (1964), "Annie Get Your Gun" (1950), "Show Boat" (1951),
"Kiss Me Kate" (1953), and "Jupiter's Darling" (1955). Sidney began at MGM editing film. His film editing won two Academy
Awards for "Quicker'n A Wink" (1940) and "Of Pups and Puzzles" (1941).
