Biographical Note
Wilbur F. McClure (1856-1926) was a civil engineer and served as the head engineer for the state of California. He was appointed
by Governor Friend W. Richardson as the representative for the state to the Colorado River Commission and signatory on the
Colorado River Compact for the state of California.
