Abstract: Financial records primarily from the Drug Education Project administered through the Los Angeles Free Clinic in 1973. The
project was co-directed by Don Kilhefner and Kenneth Bartley.
Don Kilhefner and Kenneth Bartley, both of whom worked for the Gay Community Services Center in Los Angeles, were co-directors
of the Drug Education Project administered through the Los Angeles Free Clinic Council in 1973.
