20 black-and-white photographic prints and 10 color negatives. The photographer is unidentified. Also includes clippings from
John Thompson's appearance in
Playgirl and the Groovy Guy competition.
John Thompson was born in Wellington, New Zealand, in 1943. He received a degree in fine arts from Willington Polytechnic
College and a diploma from the Advertising Institute of Australia. Thereafter, he moved to California and began a career in
modeling.
The collection is open to researchers. There are no access restrictions.
