Juliet Mondot, owner of a media production company became a member of the Gaslamp Quarter Project Area Committee in 1979. It is believed that she assembled the material in this collection and either she, or someone close to her, donated it to the library. The donation date is unknown. The collection consists primarily of memoranda from the City of San Diego Planning Department, reports to the City Council, announcements and minutes of meetings of the Gaslamp Quarter Association and Project Area Committee (as well as its subcommittees), and newspaper clippings.
