A collection of eight personal
photograph albums of Sierra Club trips in Yosemite, the Sierra Nevada Mountains and other
parts of California, 1904 to 1933.
Andrew E. Neuenburg (1878-1961) and Violet (Ehrman) Neuenburg (1882-1966), a married
couple, lived in San Francisco and were active Sierra Club members; Andrew Neuenburg was a
committee member from 1916 to 1918. The Sierra Club was founded in 1892 by naturalist John

responsibility for identifying the copyright holder, if there is one, and obtaining
necessary permissions rests with the researcher.
