Collection consists of photographs of Southern Pacific and Union Pacific railroad stations and depots collected by Lee Gustafson.
Background
Lee Gustafson (born 1944) was a life-long photographer and collector of railroad depots and buildings, primarily Southern
Pacific, Santa Fe, Union Pacific, Pacific Electric, and west coast short lines. He co-authored two books on the history of
Santa Fe depots in California (with Phil Serpico) and amassed thousands of research notes on SP, UP and PE stations.
