Myron H. Church was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 18, 1852. Church came to Chicago in 1876 and opened his own architecture
firm. Today Myron Church is known for the North Lakeside Cultural Center located in Berger Park and various Chicago āLā transit
stations.
The Myron H. Church drawings of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Hotel at Vaugnn, New Mexico comprise 10 reprographic copies
of architectural drawings. The drawings are dated January 16, 1908 with the exception of a revised design that was dated a
year later in January 1909. Drawings include: second floor plan, sections, details (front gable, window frames, toilets, and
the chimney), interior elevations of the kitchen, diagrams for iron work and reinforced concrete floor, and a revised plan
of the basement.
