    Scope and Contents

    This collection consists of the American Film Institute's videotape recordings of films from the 1950s. These films include "The Quiet Man" (1956), "St. Louis Blues" (1958), "The White Squaw" (1956), "Gunman's Walk" (1958), "California Conquest" (1956), "The Last Voyage" (1960), "They Rode West" (1954), "Thunder Bay" (1953), "With a Song in My Heart" (1952), "Kidnapped" (1960), "Jazz on a Summer's Day" (1959), "Cry of the Hunted" (1953), "Moby Dick" (1952), "Helen of Troy" (1955), "Show Boat" (1951), "The Mad Magician" (1954), "The Old Man and the Sea" (1958), and many more.
