Private Elmo Shubael Culbert, American Expeditionary Force (5/21/1887 - 10/29/1957) was born in Kelseyville, California to
William Culbert. He married Emeline Crompton Bean on June 23, 1909, in Ogden, Utah. He was honorably dishcharged from the
Army on December 6, 1918. He died in Salt Lake City, Utah, at the age of 70.
