Biography/Administrative History
The collection was donated by the Walnut Creek Historical Society, which had received the material from Jeffrey Allendorph
of Discovery Bay in 2015.
Scope and Content of Collection
One scrapbook includes newspaper clippings about the organization’s founding and its activities from 1953 to 1959; one scrapbook
includes newspaper clippings about the group’s activities from 1956 to 1978; and one includes newsletters, photographs of
the group’s events, and travel postcards from its members, all ranging from 1990 to 2006.
