Scope and content:

One scrapbook includes newspaper clippings about the organization’s founding and its activities from 1953 to 1959; one scrapbook includes newspaper clippings about the group’s activities from 1956 to 1978; and one includes newsletters, photographs of the group’s events, and travel postcards from its members, all ranging from 1990 to 2006.

Biographical / historical:

The collection was donated by the Walnut Creek Historical Society, which had received the material from Jeffrey Allendorph of Discovery Bay in 2015.
