Yellow For Hermaphrodites by David Cameron Strachan

General

David writes: "I created this album to document my pictorial activist and advocacy work with Intersex. I didn't know that intersex existed before 1995. I just thought that my physical sexual anatomy difference wasn't wholly 'male.' I've included my work with the San Francisco Human Rights Commission LGBT Advisory Committee, on which I served as the first intersex person (2003-2006). I include people that I've met and worked with on intersex issues from 1995-present. Some are intersex-identified while others are not."
