Description
This collection contains correspondence written by George Hall (U.S. Army) to Lorraine "Lorry" Natzke from 1943 to 1945. This collection also contains one photograph of Hall dated January 1944, signed "With love George" and correspondence from the Verteran's Administration dated 1978. Hall served in the U.S. Army's Finance Department with the 319th Finance and had been stationed in North Africa, Italy, France and Germany. In his letters, Hall describes daily army life and his duties in the Finance Department.
