The office files of William F. Rhatican reflect his responsibilities as a Staff Assistant in Charles W. Colson’s office from
1971 to 1972. These materials highlight Rhatican's efforts with the New Economic Policy, as well as President Nixon's plans
for revenue sharing, law enforcement, transportation, urban and rural community development, education, the President's 1971
environmental program, welfare reform, and health.
