Background
Kaleria Nikolaevna Ozerova (1918–2012), was an accomplished editor of a Russian newspaper Литературная газета and editor of the criticism department of Новый мир magazine in a career that lasted over fifty years. Zinoviĭ Samoilovich Papernyĭ (1919-1996), Ozerova's husband, was a literary
and theatrical critic and playwright.
