This file contains a copy of an appeal in connection with the Pennsylvania Indian Survey prepared by Robert F. Duncan of the John Price Jones Corporation, and a letter from Duncan to F. W. Hodge, dated 1929 May 17. The title of the appeal is "A proposal regarding the establishment of the George Catlin Pennsylvania Indian Foundation addressed to Mr. George H. Catlin, Scranton Pennsylvania by a Special Committee of the Pennsylvania Federation of Historical Societies."
