Abstract: Manuscript and periodical article about Bully Hayes (SAFR 17188, HDC 293) are by A.T. Saunders and Gordon W. Thayer, respectively. Titled "Bully Hayes: An Authentic Life of William Henry Hayes," this photographic copy was compiled and written by Saunders in 1915. Thayer's article titled "A Cleveland-Born Pirate" was published in the Inland Seas, the quarterly periodical of the Great Lakes Historic Society in April of 1945. The collection is available for research use without restriction.
