Description
The papers of broadcast journalist Bob Navarro, who spent 38 years covering news at KCBS and KNBC in Los Angeles and Sacramento. The collection includes Navarro's writings, photographs, family memorabilia, collected publications, and other material. Navarro also worked as a reporter at KTLA Channel 5 and KCAL Channel 9, a news director at Spanish-language channel KVEA-TV, and hosted his own show "Bob Navarro's Journal," a weekly public affairs series on KCBS-TV.
