Administrative History

The Barbara McClintock Project to Cure AIDS was proposed as a United States Presidential program, independent from the National Institutes of Health, to find a cure for AIDS. Pink Tank seems to have been a group of "radical queers" that called for a more visible and vocal gay voice.
