The collection consists of material collected by curator, filmmaker and author Jenni Olson, a national authority on queer film. Materials include national and international queer film festival records; film-related ephemera, subject files, and artifacts; audiovisual materials; and press packets, advertisements, and posters of queer and sexploitation films, dated circa 1960-2010.

A leading figure in the LGBTQ film world, Jenni Olson has been making connections between queer films and audiences for more than 30 years. She is one of the world's leading experts on LGBT cinema history and was also one of the founders of PlanetOut.com.
