Description
Included in these papers are photographs, newspapers/articles, schedules, handwritten notes, cards, and publications.
Background
Mina-May Brown Robbins was born March 27, 1936 in the state of New Mexico. She received her BA in Psychology at UC Berekeley, followed by her MA and Doctorate at UC Davis. In 1970, she came to Sacramento State where she taught in Behavioral Sciences, and later joined the Nursing faculty in 1974. Due to her board-certification as a sex therapist, she taught a Human Sexuality course (Nursing 160) on campus. In addition, she co-authored the textbook "Human Sexuality," published by West Publishing. In 2000, she retired from Sacramento State. She passed away on March 15, 2006.
