The manual contains information about World War II vessels, including: fold-out vessel plans; provisions storage; harbor and
navigation charts for the 13th Naval District ports in the Northwestern United States (Oregon and Washington), and some in
far Northern California; a Coast Guard global seasonal zones map; deck load information; isometric views of various vessels
types (including liberty ships); and vessel specifications and characteristics.
