Description
This collection contains unpublished manuscripts, posters, scraps, drawings, art and writing specific to Peter Carr's political engagement and commitment to the Southern California ecosystem. Carr (1925-1981) was an activist, poet, artist, and teacher. He helped establish the Comparative Literature department at California State University Long Beach and was a co-founder of anti-nuclear Alliance for Survival.
