Description
Paul Kayser was a U.S. Marine who led a two-day rescue mission in China during World War II to recover kidnapped Marines. The collection includes the map used by Kayser during this mission, along with two photographs of Kayser, and a Scuttlebutt article featuring the story.

Paul Kayser was a U.S. Marine stationed in China during World War II. He was acting Sergeant of the Second Squad, Second Platoon, G Company, Seventh Regiment during a fifty-mile, two-day rescue mission led by Kayser to recover kidnapped Marines.
