Series Scope and Contents
The series consists of materials compiled by the Department of Music related to the promotion of departmental events, including
faculty and student performances, and sponsored events. Items in the series include programs, brochures, news clippings, reviews,
advertisements, articles, and correspondence.
Series Arrangement
Items in the series were orginally maintained by department staff in chronological three ring binders. Materials were removed
from the binders during processing and placed in boxes and folders for preservation purposes, but the order of the items was
kept intact.

Series Scope and Contents
The series consists of posters from the annual Encuentros/Encounters event produced by the Center for Iberian and Latin American
Music.
