Background
Victoria Rue, Ph.D. is a feminist theologian, and a writer, director and teacher of theatre. Her Ph.D. from the Graduate Theological
Union focused on how feminist theatre enacts feminist theology. As a professor, Dr. Rue has taught in the fields of Theatre,
Women’s Studies, Religious Studies and Theology at the Pacific School of Religion, Starr King School for the Ministry, the
California Institute for Integral Studies, St. Lawrence University, and San Jose State University, in addition to many other
schools.
