This small collection consists of materials by and about Dr. James Fulton Percy, of Los Angeles, California.
James Fulton Percy was a Los Angeles physician who specialized in cancer treatment, and the use of cauterization. Born in New Jersey, he received his medical degree at New York University, and developed the surgical instrument known as Percy cautery in 1904.
