Background
Incorporated August 21, 1905, and during period of 1905 to 1914 partially constructed a line from Drain (thirty-eight miles
south of Eugene, Oregon) westerly to Marshfield, about seventy-three miles. The company was sold on July 3, 1914 to the Willamette
