The papers include playscripts, playbills, recordings of performances, correspondence, and scrapbooks.
Background
Theodore Flicker (1930-2014) was an American playwright, theatrical producer, television and film director, actor, and screenwriter.
He worked as producer, director, and performer with the Compass Players in St. Louis. Flicker then opened the Crystal Palace
Theater, the only monthly repertory theater in the country at the time. In 1959, he wrote the book and directed the Broadway
musical, "The Nervous Set." In 1960, he established The Premise in New York.
