    Scope and Content of Collection

    Major General R.L. Eichelberger was Chief of Staff, Intelligence Office, American Expeditionary Forces in Siberia. The papers consist of two inches of Xeroxed sheets from original material. Major General Eichelberger’s papers are at Duke University and a few are also at the Hoover Institute at Stanford University.
