Scope and Contents note

The series comprises the administrative, outreach, and project files of the Media Monitoring and Response Committee, 1992-2009. The administrative and outreach records include meeting agendas, email mailing lists, correspondence, and clippings. The project files include clippings, promotional material, website and webpage printouts, research studies, legal filings, and reports as well as audiocassettes, CDs, and DVDs. To a lesser extent, the project files document the Media Monitoring and Response Committee's reactions, including press releases, promotional material, media distribution records, presentation material, editorial records, notes, and correspondence. Of note in the project files are the extensive records regarding the campaign against Dr. Laura.
