Bill Files created by Lloyd Connelly may include bill analyses, amendments and resolutions, author's statements, testimony, press releases, editorials and newspaper clippings, correspondence, committee statements, and other information. Significant bills in the Lloyd Connelly Papers include legislation related to commercial and residential pesticide management, Highway Patrol car chases, Cal Expo noise ordinances, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Subject Files created by Lloyd Connelly may include correspondence, memoranda, reports, and publications. The Subject Files contain information gathered by Connelly in support of his legislative activities and his participation in various committees including the Committee on Aging and Long Term Care, Subcommittee on Worker's Compensation, and Environmental Safety and Toxic Materials Committee.
