Historical or Biographical Note
Pacific Inter-Club Yacht Association was formed in 1896 in San Francisco, California.
The Pacific-Inter Club Yacht Association member photographs, circa 1958 and in 1969, (SAFR 24816, P16-010) are comprised of
photographs of Pacific-Inter Club Yacht Association officers, directors, and other members. The collection has been processed
to the Collection level and is open for use.
Consists of the following two items:
Item 1. Pacific-Inter Club Yacht Association members during a cruise on San Francisco Bay, California, circa 1958. Twenty-two
men are in view. Three of the men are identified as Steve Stevens, William Ritter Jr. of the Aeolian Yacht Club, and George
Childs of Richmond Yacht Club. According to a note written on the verso, the photograph is from an album belonging to Steve
Stevens. 1 black-and-white photographic print, 5 x 7 in.
Item 2. Pacific-Inter Club Yacht Association officers and directors during a meeting, 1969. Left to right: Ed Wilder, Marin
Matosich, Bob Hensen, Ward Cleaveland, Ross Wood, Unknown (either Marvin Yarnold, David Frazeur, or Robert Durkin), Don Manhard,
Doug Boswell, and Dick Boswell. 1 black-and-white photographic print, 5 x 7 in.
No arrangement due to the small size of the collection.
