Gayle Reichert was a longtime friend of Martha Courtot, lesbian-feminist poet, activist, performer, and teacher. The collection includes decades of personal correspondence between Reichert and Courtot, original writings, including Courtot poetry, and a small number of photographs and publications. Also included is a reflective essay by Reichert describing the collection and her relationship with Courtot.
