Abstract: Ruth Thomas described her small collection as “remnants of a 69-year-old lesbian’s life in the Bay Area.” Thomas first came
out in 1975. The collection includes an article about, and correspondence from, two older lesbians that Thomas wrote about
in the publication Entre Nous; and ephemera related to Prop 6, the Briggs Initiative.
