Clark & McDougal presentation drawing for the Santa Barbara Biltmore Hotel, Architecture and Design Collection. Art, Design
& Architecture Museum; University of California, Santa Barbara.
This presentation drawing was probably a concept drawing for the Biltmore Hotel, never realized. Barnett G. McDougal (1865-1937)
was listed as the architect and W.G. Clark was listed as the engineer.
The collection comprises a single presentation board which measures 49 x 25.5 in. The rendering, which is done in watercolor
by Arthur Stibolt, depicts the front of the proposed Biltmore in Santa Barbara. The drawing is undated, but lists Barnett
G. McDougal as the architect, W.G. Clark as the engineer, and Warren & Wetmore as consulting architects.
