Frank Stetz was born in Iron River, Michigan and served in the US Navy as Chief Boatswain’s Mate, retiring after twenty years
as Warrant Officer. He later worked in the Graphic Arts department at North Island, NAS San Diego. The photos in this collection
were taken by Navy photographers from North Island and saved by Mr. Stetz.
