Collection consists of approximately 8000 reprints and offprints amassed as a working collection, chiefly 1908-1956, by Stephen
Walter Ranson and his colleagues and successors at the Northwestern University Dept. of Anatomy and Cell Biology and the Institute
of Neurology: William F. Windle, Wendell J.S. Krieg and Leslie B. Adey. They represent significant contributions to all aspects
of the antecedent fields of neuroscience, including neurophysiology, neuroanatomy, neuroendocrinology, and neurology. Authors
include: Cornelius Ariëns Kappers, George H. Bishop, Frédéric Bremer, Henry H. Donaldson, J.G. Dusser de Barenne, Ralph
W. Gerard, Charles Judson Herrick, Olaf Larsell, Horace W. Magoun, Giuseppe Moruzzi, Wilder Penfield, A.T. Rasmussen, and
