Description
Record Series 742 consists of the administrative and office files of Susan Westerberg Prager, Dean of the UCLA Law School
from 1967 to 2001.
Background
Susan Westerberg Prager was Dean of the UCLA Law School from 1982 to 1998. As of 2009, she served as Dean longer than any
one else in the history of UCLA Law School. She is also one of the first female Deans of a law school. During her tenure,
the Clinical Wing and the Hugh & Hazel Darling Law Library were built.
