All the correspondence and project files of the President of the California Maritime Academy during her tenure as President.
Background
Dr. Mary E. Lyons, Rear Admiral USMS, formerly LCDR USNR, served as the twelfth President of Cal Maritime from September 1990
to June 1996. She is also the only woman to serve as CMA President. During her tenure, Cal Maritime joined the California
State University (CSU) system, and the new training ship GOLDEN BEAR III (ex USNS MAURY) was acquired.
