Biographical / Historical

Philippine Magazine, formerly known as Philippine Education Magazine was originally intended to be a publication for public school teachers. Founded in 1904, after it was purchased by A.V.H. Hartendorp in 1924, Philippine Magazinebecame a publication focused on current Philippine and world news and economics; and also featured poetry and short stories.
