Background
Antonio Frasconi (28 April 1919, Buenos Aires, Argentina – 8 January 2013, New York, USA) was an Uruguayan - American visual artist, best known for his woodcuts. He was naturalized in Uruguay from an early age and lived in the United States since 1945.
