Ink event, celebrating queer writing, at ONE National Gay & Lesbian Archives, May 04, 2003. Stewart's exhibit of images was
hosted at the North County LGBTQ Resource Center, Oceanside, California, May 05, 2012.

Gerald D. Stewart became involved in the LGBT community after the man who attacked him in 1991 went to trial in 1993.
